  • Healthy Diet
  • Our detox program consists of a unique combination of juices and additional nutritional ayurvedic /herbal supplements. The programs incorporate Juice Fasting which promotes self healing, cleanses the body and supplies it with essential nutrients.
  • Colon Cleansing
  • Colon cleansing mobilizes toxins out of the body. Enemas (ayurvedic/ herbal) support both liver and bowel detoxification. We have also developed a programmes with colon cleanser supplements in retreats where enemas are not available.
  • Yoga and Meditation
  • Yoga and Meditation start the day on a positive state of mind and energy. We use gentle stretching postures, relaxing the muscles and joints. Breathing techniques help to bring more oxygen to the lungs. Both processes assist in the removal of cellular toxic matter and release chronic tensions in the body.
    Meditation helps in calming he mind and eliminating mental garbage collected over the years. It also brings stillness and an experience of spiritual evolvement.
